My recent stay at Chales Gramado surpassed all my expectations. The personalized service from the friendly staff truly stood out, making me feel warmly welcomed throughout my visit. The serene green surroundings and beautiful terrace provided a peaceful retreat, while the complimentary traditional Brazilian breakfast with freshly brewed coffee and hot bread rolls was the perfect start to each day. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the comfortable and clean room to the delightful amenities, made my experience exceptional. Chales Gramado is a true gem that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay.
